Dolphin Death Update

Scilly’s MP Andrew George has described the Government’s recent report into Dolphin and Porpoise deaths as feeble.

Cornish MP Candy Atherton chaired the report by the Committee for the Environment.

Mr George and another Liberal Democrat MP for the South West, Adrian Sanders, are putting pressure on Government Ministers to ban pair trawling for bass in British waters.

Fishermen deny that they are responsible for dolphin deaths.
