Sgt Holmes from St Mary’s police station have said that his exchange trip to the Shetland Islands has given him some good ideas on how to police the islands.
He went on to say that the trip was a great success and they would be implimenting some of the methods that Shetland Police use to police small islands.
He hopes that Scilly can return the favour and welcome the police from the Scottish islands.
