Local police have told Scilly News that the behaviour of people celebrating gig weekend was brilliant.
Srgt. Tom Holmes said: “It really was fantastic that with so many people coming over to visit Scilly for the weekend that we had so few incidents. Their behaviour was brilliant.”
There was just one incident reported at the weekend with one local man being arrested for being drunk and disorderly.
Two and a half thousand people visited Scilly over the Championship weekend.
