Numbers of wild cats on the islands are set to drop when workers from the Truro and District Cats Protection group make a visit to Scilly.
The campaigners are working with the local vet to neuter and spey feral cats.
The operation will take place on several of the islands where the animals will be caught and then neutered on St Mary’s before returning home again.
