Scilly could be Channel 4?s Place By The Sea

Channel Four property series A Place By The Sea is hoping to film on the Isles of Scilly.

Freeform Productions, makers of the programme, are appealing for people who want to find their perfect pad on the UK’s coastline, whether looking to relocate, retire or buy a holiday home.

?A Place by the Sea is back for a new series and we are currently looking for people to appear on the show,? a spokesperson said. ‘We would love to film the Scilly Isles as part of our programme and as of yet have never had the opportunity to do so.?

Presenter Seetha Hallett will visit seaside spots all over the UK in the new series, offering practical property buying advice to buyers from all walks of life.

BBC antique show Flog It! was filmed on St Mary’s in 2004.
