Isles of Scilly Travel’s “Skybus” service (planes) operates from Southampton, Bristol and Exeter seasonally, and from Newquay and Lands End throughout the year. They all fly to St Mary’s Airport.

Isles of Scilly Travel’s “Scillonian III” ferry operates between Penzance Quay and St Mary’s Quay during the summer. This is normally the cheapest way to travel to the Islands. The journey takes two-and-a-half hours.

British International helicopters used to fly throughout the year from Penzance to St Mary’s Airport and Tresco Airfield. The service has now been discontinued.
